Elyon Refund Policy

1. Introduction
At Elyon, we take customer satisfaction seriously. We offer a “no‑questions” refund policy so users can try our services with peace of mind. Below are the terms, conditions, and applicable scenarios.

2. Eligible Refunds
A full refund is granted if all conditions are met:
• The request is made within 7 calendar days after initial service contracting.
• The service is not a renewal, was not purchased with a promotional coupon, and is not part of a special promotion.
• The service has not been suspended for misuse, violations of Terms and Conditions, or system abuse.

3. Exclusions (no refund)

4. How to request a refund

Include:
– Full name or username
– Order number or last invoice
– Contracting date
– Reason (optional, appreciated to improve our services)
Important: Only requests sent from the email registered in your account are accepted.

5. Processing time
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days or 14 calendar days from receipt of the email.
• The amount will be returned to the same payment method used for the purchase.
• Some payment providers may take longer to reflect the refund (PayPal, Stripe, etc.).

6. Partial refunds or internal credits
In special cases, we may offer partial compensation.
Important: These compensations are never issued via the original payment method; they are granted as internal credits within Elyon’s billing system.
Depending on the case, the Client may receive:
• Credits proportional to the unused service time.
• Additional bonuses for inconveniences, applicable to future contracts or renewals.

7. FAQ
• Can I request a refund if I already used the service several days? Yes, if within 7 calendar days of initial contracting and criteria are met.
• Do refunds apply to custom products? No. Custom or bespoke services are not eligible for refunds.
• Can I receive the refund to another account or payment method? No. For security, refunds are issued to the original method only.
• What if my server was suspended for rule violations? Services suspended for misuse or violations automatically lose refund eligibility..
