Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs the conditions, timeframes, and scope under which Elyon offers refunds for payments made for its services. By contracting any service, the client declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted the terms set forth herein.

1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Elyon grants its clients a seven (7) calendar day satisfaction guarantee, counted from the effective activation date and time of the service.
  • During this period, the client may request a full refund of the initial payment made, provided that it is for:
    • A hosting plan offered directly by Elyon.
    • A service contracted for the first time under the corresponding account.
  • Once this period has elapsed, the service will be considered fully accepted and no partial or total refunds will be granted for any reason.

2. “No Questions Asked” Refund Mode

  • Within the guarantee period, Elyon will apply an automatic refund mode known as “No Questions Asked”.
  • This means that:
    • The client will not be required to justify their decision.
    • No technical reports, failure evidence, or commercial explanations will be requested.
    • The request will be evaluated solely based on the timeframe and service eligibility.
  • This mode reflects Elyon's commitment to transparency, client autonomy, and clear, frictionless decision-making.

3. Requirements and Request Procedure

  • To exercise the right to a refund, the following conditions must be met:
    • The request must be made exclusively by the account holder.
    • It must be submitted through Elyon's official support channels.
    • The request must be made within the established 7-day period.
  • Once received, the support team will:
    • Confirm receipt of the request.
    • Verify compliance with this policy's conditions.
    • Notify the client of the approval or denial of the refund within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Elyon reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet the established criteria, including those submitted after the deadline or for ineligible services.

4. Execution and Refund Timeframes

  • Once the request is approved, Elyon will proceed to refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method employed in the original transaction, unless technically impossible.
  • The client acknowledges and accepts that:
    • Elyon does not control third-party processing times.
    • The reflection of the refund will depend exclusively on the payment gateway, bank, or financial provider involved.
    • Elyon will not be responsible for delays attributable to such entities.

5. Scope of the Refund

  • The refund will only cover the initial payment for the contracted hosting plan.
  • The refund will not include:
    • Third-party fees, when non-reversible.
    • Additional charges derived from external or complementary services.

6. Services Excluded from Refunds

  • The following services are expressly excluded from this policy, without exception:
    • Registered, transferred, or renewed domains.
    • Third-party software licenses.
    • Additional, personalized, or value-added services that, by their nature, cannot be reversed once activated.
    • Automatic renewals, once executed.
  • These services are considered final and irreversible from the moment of activation or execution.

7. Abuse Prevention

  • Elyon reserves the right to limit, suspend, or deny the application of this policy in cases where it detects:
    • Repeated use of the guarantee for abusive purposes.
    • Patterns of systematic contracting and cancellation.
    • Behaviors contrary to good contractual faith.

8. Policy Modifications

  • Elyon may modify this Refund Policy at any time.
  • Modifications will not affect valid requests submitted before their effective date.
  • The current version will always be the one published on Elyon's official channels.
