1. Legal Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern access, use, and contracting of services offered by Elyon.

By accessing, purchasing, or using any Elyon services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using the services.

2. Definitions

  • Elyon: Commercial brand responsible for providing the services.
  • Client / User: Any individual or legal entity contracting or using the services.
  • Services: Hosting, infrastructure, and related technology services offered by Elyon.
  • Account: Profile created by the client to manage services.
  • Activation Date: Moment the service becomes operational and available.

3. User Eligibility

To use Elyon services, the client must:

  • Have legal capacity to enter into contracts.
  • Provide accurate and updated information.
  • Use the services only for lawful purposes.

4. Account Responsibility

  • Excessive or abusive use of resources affecting service stability.

6. Resources and Fair Usage

Resources assigned to each service plan (CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth) are subject to the limits defined in the product description.

For shared services:

Elyon reserves the right to limit or suspend services that negatively impact other clients or infrastructure performance.

  • Resources are not exclusive.
  • Fair usage policies apply to ensure infrastructure stability.

7. Payments, Billing, and Renewals

All services are billed in advance.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior communication with Elyon may result in:

  • Permanent suspension of the client's account
  • Restriction from future purchases

10. Suspension and Termination

Elyon may suspend or terminate services when:

12. Service Availability

Elyon strives to maintain high availability of its services.

However, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed due to factors including:

13. Limitation of Liability
